On the week 1 assignment, I stated that I would be doing my research on a flipped classroom. However, after discussion with my advisor my plans have changed. I am going to look at the effect that our new school wide discipline plan has on office referrals. I think this will be a very interesting plan to complete and analyze . We are a very large elementary campus(close to 900 students) so this data will benefit many people .

ReplyDeleteSorry for the late response. It has been a crazy week! :) Yes, we just started our CHAMPS program this year. It is a school wide program ,everyone had to follow it this year. Before each grade had their owns rules, per se. If you had a kid you could send them to a partner teacher (we still have this) to do a reflection of why they were there. This program has a uniformed behavior across the school with voice levels and such. It is really easy to implement and the kids have done a great job. I hope you are doing well with your project as well.
